About us

Forensic Architecture is an independent research agency based at Goldsmiths, University of London. Our work sits at the intersection of architecture, human rights, and investigative journalism.

Our Mission

Architecture as evidence

We use architectural methods and technologies to investigate human rights violations and environmental destruction worldwide. Our investigations are conducted in partnership with affected communities, civil society organisations, and international legal teams.

Founded in 2010, we have worked on cases ranging from war crimes to police violence, providing evidence that has been presented in courts, parliaments, and international tribunals.
